Twenty Lists Of Twenty

I have a new challenge... 20 questions, each requiring a list of 20 things as the answer. I'm not going to do one a day, or even stick to the order I've been given! Shall pick and choose, whenever I feel like doing them; so you might get a few a day, or you could get none for a while.
