Today I celebrated the first day of the holidays by going to the Bristol Harbour Festival with three of my close friends- Rosalind, BikeGal and Panda. For those of you who've never heard of it, the Harbour Festival is a yearly festival held in my amazing home-town. It has a great combination of music, dance, shopping, food and circus, with a really lovely atmosphere.
Highlights of today included looking around the continental food market, the wonderful clothes stalls and watching the Circomedia act (despite a slightly dodgy stripper). Very pleased I went, though now suffering from exhaustion and sunburn.
Sister was unhappy that she couldn't go so guess what? I get to do it all again tomorrow! :)
