RIP

Just got back from my evening out to hear about the shootings in Conneticut. Can't get it off my mind now. It's such a horrible thing to murder anyone at all- how could someone end the lives of so many young children? They had their whole lives ahead of them, yet someone thought they had the authority to destroy that potential. Furthermore, what about the witnesses? As President Obama said, innocence has also been destroyed. Those children who saw or heard any of today's events have been forced to grow up in the cruellest of ways. No one should have to go through any of the ordeals faced today.
My thoughts are completely with all affected by the shootings, adult or child. I ask you to spare a thought for them too- it's in times like this we need to come together, and support those who need it.
