Heather Peace

Warning. This is a fairly shallow post. If you're looking for something meaningful, moving or life-changing, this post isn't it. Sorry :P

Anyway, now that's over- having put two of her songs on my current playlist, I figured I might as well do a post about Heather Peace herself, seeing as I'm currently in love with her :)
For those who are wondering who the hell I'm on about, Heather plays Nikki Boston in Waterloo Road, and was Sam Murray in Lip Service. She's also a very talented singer and musician.
I first 'found out' about Heather when I was watching Waterloo Road and thought 'wow, that woman is beautiful'. Having wiki'd her, I then decided I had to watch Lip Service, which was a very good (though very 'revealing') two series drama. I would recommend it, but at the viewers discretion- it involves quite a few sex scenes. However, it's got a load of really lovely characters and the storylines are pretty addictive! Heather is also openly gay, and has partly used her fame to try and reduce discrimination, as shown in the clip for 'It Gets Better'. Though she's said she doesn't want this to be the main part of her, for me it's something really inspiring- there's so much discrimination featuring the whole LGBTQQ group, it's great to have someone fighting through such positive ways, such as music. Couldn't resist including pictures... after all, she's pretty mind-blowingly beautiful! :) BB has pointed out that, with the statistic of there being a 75% chance of having met the person you're going to marry by age 16, I need to meet Heather within the next few months. I'm gonna do this ;)
