Late-Night Freak-Outs
I've had one of those late-night freak-outs... Nothing major, just gone from feeling good/tired to a bit sad over nothing in particular, stressed over something that's probably not going to matter and mainly just a bit lonely... I need to go to bed, I've got a good day ahead (going to Funderworld with some friends) but that means moving and getting stuff off of my bed and ugh. I know I'm getting into negative thought cycles, and that things are just going to spiral downwards and I'll get more upset... I need to sleep.
