First of all, a description of my purse. Orange, with white spots, and probably quite slim if it was just used as a purse for money. In reality, it's a bit of a brick. The contents are many and varied, but we'll start off in the clipped section, which is more normal. Here, you will currently find two notes (a fiver and a tenner, in case you were wondering), and a picture of my mum and I swimming with dolphins. The two card sleeves in this section have separate uses. The first has loyalty cards (Angelberry, Caffe Nero, Subway) and gift vouchers (New Look). The second is used for important things- library card, bank card, ASA membership card and donor card!
Moving on, we get to the zipped section, also split into two. On one side, I keep change (exactly £1.50 at present!), and, currently, two old bus tickets.
Before we get to the second half, I would like to warn you that this is where it gets more weird and wonderful! The contents of this part of my purse, with reasons, are as follows:
-Ticket for Catching Fire (a memory of the first ever wombbud outing)
-Ticket for The Fault In Our Stars (it was a good movie; sad, but amazing)
-2 Australian dollars (I'm still not sure why; mainly because I found it and I'm not willing to give it up, plus I have a thing for foreign currency)
-A small rubber polar bear (partly due to the bear craze, partly because it was bought in Holland)
-Page 103 from a 'Wreck This Journal', entitled 'Sell This Page' (bought for 11p on the way to school one morning; a boy had put an advert in his window about it)
-An Efteling dukaat (Efteling is one of the best places ever- fairytales and it's Dutch- what could be better?!)
-A kangaroo from a Kinder Egg (it's cute and it's got good memories; totally just because I can)
-A flat stone heart that fits perfectly in my palm (given to me by my mum before our last ever CAMHS meeting)
-A small replica of one of the triplets in Brave, in bear form (anyone who knows me will get this one- bears are my favourite animal, and Brave is my favourite movie for skillfully combining bears AND feminism- what more could anyone ask for?! Plus my little sister bought this for me with her own money and it was her own idea, so it's even more important)
Well then. My purse, from the normal to the slightly more unique. Hope you enjoyed that insight?!
