My nails hurt because I've bitten them down to the quick and I can't find the 'happy book' and my room's a mess but it's still not there. It's less than a month until my first exam and it's French and I'm going to fail because I have no clue what I'm doing. I have a million and one things to do and I've been advised to take a night off so I have but there's just too much to think about. Meant to have a CAMHS meeting tomorrow but I can't get there so I'll have to postpone it which just makes things worse and I can't cope with this for another two months :(
