Exciting, Busy and also Tired!

Aloha. This blog post is being written in a hotel room in London, which feels and sounds quite posh! I'm here as part of the Mentality team- tomorrow, we're going to the NHS Takeover Day to speak to decision-makers in the GP sector about what works, what doesn't and what needs to improve when it comes to young people and GPs, in particular mental health. All very important and exciting!
However, that's not the only cool thing I'm involved in at the moment... On Mondays, I'm helping with Brook's latest project, a video about body image with a social media twist. Then, on Friday, I'm being filmed as part of a documentary on Mentality, and straight after that I'm going to a last minute choir rehearsal for a performance on Sunday. Friday is also my mum's birthday- very much looking forward to a meal out to celebrate that :) Finally, finally, finally, Saturday brings a trip to town, catching up with lots of work and a party in the evening, and Sunday heralds the choir performance before 'the usual' of swim teaching and youth group.
So, as you can see, life's getting pretty damn hectic at the moment. I'm going to be blogging as much as possible, but it's quite hard to find time at the moment. My mood's also been a bit unstable, which is frustrating- however, things are good right now, so I'm hopeful that all will be okay in the end.
I really really need to check emails and sleep now; hasta la vista and I hope you have a good week x
