Yesterday, for the first time in a while, I made a choice between what is easy and what is right. As the theme suggests, it was by no means a lightly made decision. However, in the very short-term it made me feel better: now I just have to stick by it and see what happens next. Today could be a long day, but, for once, I'm feeling fairly hopeful. This can only be good.
On other, slightly nicer, nervous news: BB and I are performing in the school's breaktime music slot today. I'm singing, he's guitar-ing- Tank Park Salute by Billy Bragg. It's a fantastic song, but very very different to anything I've performed before, hence more nerves than usual. Excited, though.
